Wow Gables Engineering!!

Today I gave a lecture at Gables Engineering and discovered an incredible health package they offer their employees. They are the smart ones, as they realize when they offer workshops, pilates, yoga, spinning and a full facility gym their gain is their own. The allegiance and loyalty is strong, the people I met (about 25) were so grateful and on the path to better health. Sick days are down, as well as clothing sizes. It was an honor to speak there today. What an example they are. xo ginny
