9am, 12 pm, 3 pm and 6pm
This recipe makes 4 servings
6 cups almond milk -I like the 40k unsweetened vanilla flavor by blue diamond
2 cups of coconut water
8 leaves kale - I prefer lacinato. (you may also use swiss chard) chopped
5 cups mango
2 1/2 cups ice
optional, but STRONGLY encouraged, flaxseed oil or ground flaxseed 2 rounded TBL
Blend together until smooth.
If you are someone that needs variety you may sub pineapple or blueberries for the mango, in one or 2 of the shakes. You will only be able to make 2 at a time due to the capacity of the blender or vitamix.
