Lets get ready for tomorrow
Tomorrow, I hope many of you will be in joining in our 3 day detox. To make your detox easier, I suggest today you eat very clean. Leave the caffeine out today, as well as any alcohol, processed foods or heavy meals. Eat smart with mindfulness of your goals tomorrow, and the next couple of days. Start in with a plan, understanding detox has its moments. Hunger plays a large part the 1st day, possibly with headaches and fatigue. Understand and acknowledge this is your body speaking to you as it cleans out the toxins. By wed you will wake up with energy, feeling incredible and so proud of yourself! To add even more to your detoxing pick up a tongue scraper and a dry body brush. Scrape your tongue each morning and evening. Before you shower use your dry brush scrubbing your dry skin in circular motions starting with your feet and moving upwards. This exfoliates your skin and wakes up the lymphatic system aiding the detoxing. An added benefit over time if done everyday is it leaves our skin firmer and softer. Please take it easy on the exercise the next 3 days, walking, and yoga are your best choices. Keep yourself scheduled light. If possible take a nap or rest in the afternoon. Take a hot bath with baking soda and epsom salts to relax you before bed. Sweet dreams, and better health to you. xo ginny
